The flag of UG is of rectangular white texture.

The ratio of length and width - 3:4. 

The UG logo is set in the center. 

Above and beneath of the logo there are letters su (UG – in Georgian), and on its right and left – capital letters UG – size of 1/10 of the flag. Inscriptions painted red.

Red rhomboid frames both the logo and the inscriptions, with its peaks coinciding points that are distanced from the centers of the sides of the flag’s rectangular in 1/50 ratio.
