Social Security and Insurance

The Social Security and medical Insurance of students is led by the Medical Department. The purpose of the Department is to establish relations with different kinds of institutes, organizations, it searches information about various programs, analyzes it and offers information and recommendations to the Rector.

According to the results of the competition, the University chose Insurance company Imedi L. The company has a license in every sphere of insurance and offers services in every part of the country. The company has one head office and 9 regional branches.

Our university has been insuring the students for 3 year now. It means that when one becomes a student of the University of Georgia he/she automatically becomes insured.
