According to the year 2009, University of Georgia possesses 3 buildings, open sport courts and a sport hall.

After winning the Economic Development Ministry tender, UG purchased and privatized on March 1, 2007, the following realties located in Tbilisi, Kostava str. 77:

731 sq.m. of land with 2 858 sq.m. of buildings on it. (#1 both renovated and functioning).

877. sq.m. of lot with 866 sq.m. of building (sport hall, repaired and functioning).

587 sq.m. of lot with 4 091 sq.m. on it (#2 building, refurbished, functioning

Sport arenas of total 9 273 sq.m.

After winning the Economic Development Ministry tender, UG purchased and privatized on June 25, 2008, the following realties located in Tbilisi, Kostava str. 77:

Unfinished building of total 16 202 sq.m. and 5 059 sq.m. lot attached to it. (#3 building, partly functioning, currently under repair).
