On the 14th of December, 2006 the University of Georgia held a seminar: Realization of problems of people with restricted abilities and mutual understanding. The mission of the seminar was to emphasize the importance of their problems and difficulties, and how a person can help them to lead their lives.
The seminar covered topics such as:
- Stereotypes and associations.
- How to communicate and have relations with people of restricted abilities.
- Realization of mutual rights of people with restricted abilities with the society, as they are members of the society.
The seminar was organized by The University of Georgia and the non government coalition of veterans and people with restricted abilities.
Training at UG On the 16-17th of November The University of Georgia held the training: Infections: Tabacco, AIDS, Drug Eddiction.
Training covered not only theoretical part but also some games that the students liked very much. They expressed their ideas and view points. They were involved in the productive training process held by the initiation of Global Fund.
The students who took part in the training will spread their knowledge that they got on the training.
